I am a Level 5 Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist and Personal Trainer with more than two decades of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, I have studied a broad spectrum of modalities and philosophies during that time, which shape my practice today.

From sports performance to easing the stresses and strains of life, massage can bring balance to our bodies, both physically and emotionally. I have always enjoyed working with people, and find helping those experiencing pain to manage their condition and get back to pain free movement to be particularly rewarding.

I have had a fascination with the human body, therapeutic movement, biomechanics and the benefits of massage therapy for many years, having spent my younger years as a dancer. When I have any spare time, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with my children, partner and our Vizsla, Wilson!
